Criteria for application:

Must be a High School Senior planning to attend any accredited College, Seminary, University or Technical College as a full-time student.
Application must include a current High School academic transcript.
Letter of Reference from a teacher, counselor, Principal or Pastor.
Must be a resident of Marathon County, WI
